How do I care for my Aran Sweater and Aran Garments?

All Aran Sweaters and Aran Garments are made of 100% natural fibre therefore ideally it should be hand-washed with a wool detergent and dried flat . Dry-Cleaning can also be carried out but DO NOT machine wash unless it is stated on the garment label. Furthermore never tumble dry an aran garment. Also, as aran is a natural fibre,it is breathable and doesn’t have to be washed as often as a normal sweater, with being a natural fibre it doesn’t hold smells therefore just air your garment frequently and your garment will last for centuries.

What happens if the sweater doesn’t fit when I receive it?

We gladly refund you upon return of your purchases within 21 days of purchase ,Shipping will not be refunded. A Exchange for another size will also be issued if required within 21 days of purchase, you will be liable for shipping costs on return item.

Please note that Wool has the unique ability to conform to the wearer and can stretch up to 70% its original length without damaging just by a little tugging. A snug Fit sweater will stretch to you size.

How do I care for my Tweed and Linen Purchases?

Tweed and linen Purchases are Dry Clean only.

What about taxes/ or Duties for orders to an address outside Ireland and Europe?

Any taxes/ or duties will NOT be included in your online total. DHL Worldwide will charge the package recipient all applicable duty,taxes/or brokerage fees at time of delivery.Therefore at time of online payment they will not be included on your online total. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges as they differ from country to country and are assessed by weight and volume.

What about taxes/ or Duties for orders to an address within Ireland and Europe?

23% VAT is included in online totals at point of payment where the delivery address is within Ireland and the EU.

I have seen an item in your store but is not online , how do I purchase it?
